This piece is carved intuitively with no end result in mind. Each design in this series emerged as I traced along and through the natural grain of the wood with my pencil and allowed the images to reveal themselves. 

Hand painted with natural flower dyes from the plants growing  abundantly on our land, along with traditional block printing ink.
